Feeding good movement regularly to your spine is essential for a healthy back. Too often in the modern world we are too static and not providing enough motion through our whole body let alone our spine.

On the flip side there seems to be a negative connotation with bending and twisting our spine due to things we have heard over the years. Admittedly there are some truths to having a neutral spine/posture when we have to sit for prolonged periods or lift a heavy object to safeguard the spine, but to perform many of our daily tasks well we do need to access the full range motion of the spine.

So to have a happier and healthier spine to handle your daily demands try these simple mobility exercises.
