Our COVID-19 update

Before your appointment

We ask that our staff and patients continue to remain aware of government guidance regarding COVID-19. Thank you for your continued care of our staff and other patients.

Prior to your arrival:

If you have any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment and obtain a negative COVID test.
Monitor for updates to the QLD Contact Tracing locations
Please bring a mask for your appointment

At your appointment

We ask that our patients continue to remain vigilant with the following:

Bring a mask and wear it when unable to social distance
We provide hand sanitiser around each clinic for your use if desired

Clinic Procedures

We are a COVID-19 aware practice and would like to assure you that we are taking all possible measures to ensure our physiotherapy clinics are a safe and healthy environment.

This includes:

Continuous disinfecting of treatment rooms & tables
Provision of hand sanitiser options
Regular thorough hand washing by staff

To assist you with your physiotherapy needs, we are now also offering RHP Remote Telehealth services (face-to-face online physiotherapy consultations) if an in-clinic appointment is not possible for you.
