Golf is a unique, highly technical and very repetitive sport. A deft touch needs to be married with controlled power. Not every player moves the same, with subtle differences creating your individual ‘signature.’ It is not enough to simply follow the herd and follow generic strength or flexibility programs.

Injury and pain occurs when there is a change in this finely tuned system, change in routine, or weaknesses start to creep in. We understand that your stance position, your hip strength, your trunk rotation and shoulder mobility play a vital role in creating your “X-factor.”
