Will graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (1st Class Honours) from the Australian Catholic University, receiving the School of Physiotherapy Prize for Research Excellence for his thesis on anterior cruciate ligament injury. After graduation, Will moved to Sydney, where he continued his physiotherapy career in a private practice. Subsequently, in September 2017, Will moved back to Brisbane and joined the RHP Physiotherapy team.

Will’s areas of interest and expertise include:
- posture related pain
- low back pain and sciatica
- thoracic spine and rib pain
- neck and shoulder pain
- nerve pain
- joint pain
- knee pain
- gym and sports injuries
- soft tissue injuries
- pre and post-operative rehabilitation
- injury prevention
- dry needling.

Will also has an extensive sports background - he is a former professional indoor volleyball player, Australian representative and Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder. Following his career in elite sport, Will has great insight into the tolls that training at any level can take on the body. Will believes in the importance of completing thorough rehabilitation and having personalised injury prevention strategies to ensure that you can continue to perform at your best for any sports or activities – whatever your level.

Will is the head physiotherapist of Queensland Volleyball and provides physiotherapy for all 13 of the Queensland junior teams (U15, U17, U19). He has travelled to the Australian Junior Volleyball Championships with the Queensland teams for the last 4 years.

In his spare time, Will enjoys staying active with a wide range of sports including volleyball, AFL, basketball, cycling, swimming, running, weight training and yoga.
